fixplus: Intelligent On-Site Home Appliance Repair & Dispatching Platform

Cross-Platform Flutter Client (Android & PWA) & Microservices Backend

The fixplus project is a highly efficient, end-to-end enterprise platform designed for managing on-site home appliance repair services. Developed with Flutter to deliver both a native Android application and a high-performance Progressive Web App (PWA), the client communicates with a robust backend powered by Django and Golang to handle logistics, scheduling, and billing.

  • Multi-Role Workspace: Structured workflows designed for Super Admins, Coordinators (experts), and Field Technicians (service providers).
  • Streamlined Dispatching & Registration: Quick telephone-to-system registration form capturing customer coordinates, precise map locations, faulty appliance brands, and repair history.
  • Smart Recommendation Engine: Algorithms that match tasks to field technicians based on real-time geographical proximity, professional ratings, and ledger balance verification.
  • High-Performance Real-Time Chat: An optimized in-app communication module built using Golang for instant, low-latency coordination between teams.
  • Invoicing & Automated Financial Ledger: Automated system that generates PDF invoices on-site, calculates labor payout ratios, processes system commission cuts, and updates central accounting.
  • Scalable Backend Stack: Relies on Django for transactional data modeling, utilizing RabbitMQ and Redis for background message queues and cache invalidation.
  • Enterprise CI/CD Pipelines: Built with Git-based version control and automated deployments running continuously through GitHub Actions workflows.
  • Android & PWA
  • Flutter & Golang (Chat)
  • Django & RabbitMQ
  • Redis & GitHub Actions
  • Smart Job Dispatching
