The fefo project is an innovative, high-tech fitness platform that bridges the gap between hardware and software on Android and iOS. By connecting via Bluetooth to a physical training spring equipped with gyroscope and accelerometer sensors, fefo tracks, analyzes, and gamifies home workouts in real-time.
